PRODUCT OVERVIEW
COCONUT CHARCOAL HYDRAULIC PRESS MACHINES
Coconut charcoal hydraulic press machines, sawdust charcoal briquette machines, biomass charcoal briquette machine are three beam and four column structure, which is economical and practical. The hydraulic control adopts the integrated system of integral cartridge valve, which reduces the leakage point, reliable action and long service life. It can realize two molding processes of constant pressure and constant range, with pressure holding delay function and adjustable delay time. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range. Button centralized control is adopted, with three operation modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic.
Mould shape could be cylinder, round, hexagonal, finger shape or customized based on customers' requirement.
This series of coconut charcoal hydraulic press machine, sawdust charcoal briquette machines and biomass charcoal briquette machine are universal pressing equipment, which is suitable for the pressing process of plastic materials. Metal products, such as cold forming, bending, hot forming, and plastic products.

Firstly, fruit wood, sawdust, coconut shell, palm shell, wood or other biomass are carbonized into carbon by carbonization furnace. According to customer's raw material and site, you can choose continuous carbonization furnace, horizontal charcoal making stove and hoisting carbonization furnace.
Secondly, carbon can be crushed into carbon powder by dust-free grinder. (According to the shape of raw materials, it can ignore this step.）
Thirdly, carbon powder are stirred by double shaft mixer and mixer. (According to the shape of raw materials, it can ignore this step.）
In the end, carbon powder can be be shaped by carbon forming machine and if drying is required and entering the dryer by drying.

PACKING & SHIPPING
Equipment is wrapped in plastic film. And make wooden boxes according to size and weight, fix them after loading them into the machine. The machine parts should be placed in a fixed container.
