3M 5363 is original high-performance dark grey closed-cell acrylic VHB double-sided foam tape with standard 0.4mm thickness, coated with modified high-tack acrylic adhesive on both sides, matched with red easy-peel PE liner. Precisely die-cut into finished pads, no secondary cutting required for instant mounting. It is a professional structural bonding solution specially designed for automotive exterior parts and outdoor industrial assembly.

Product Construction

Dark grey closed-cell acrylic foam core + double-sided high-performance acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive + red PE release liner. Integrated viscoelastic structure combines ultra-high bonding strength and sealing & damping performance.
