This planetary gear reducer uses 20CrMnTi alloy steel for the gears, which undergoes a carburizing and quenching process to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 58–62. The core remains tough, offering an excellent balance of wear resistance and impact strength. The reduction ratio range from 5:1 to 100:1 is achieved through 1 to 3 planetary stages, allowing precise speed and torque adaptation for various applications.
