It is consist of customized mold, PLC, hydraulic pump, feeding hopper. High efficiency working. With the approach sensor switches,the height of mold can be adjusted, so that we can make briquette with different height. Mold shape can be customized. Shipping with whole machine, customer no need install, just connect electric is ok.
Equipment Structure
1. PLC control machine work auto or manual.
2. This kind quick light charcoal briquettes machine mold plate is bigger than old press machine, so capacity is bigger than old type.
3. Total quick light charcoal briquettes machine we use stainless steel made, include mold, featuring wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
4. Easy for clean, after one day finish working, can use water to clean, no problem.
5. This pressure is bigger than old type, so final product density will be high, long burning time.
6. There is a mixing shaft inside the feed hopper to prevent difficult blanking.
