Hydrophobic & Anti-Mildew
Water-repellent polypropylene fiber, no water absorption, effectively prevent mildew even in wet trunk & spare tire compartment.
Precise Die-Cutting Quality
Flatbed steel rule die cutting with tight tolerance. Hot sealed edge is optional to avoid fiber fraying. No secondary trimming required, ready for direct installation.
Adhesive Lamination Available
Can be laminated with 3M double-sided tape with release liner, easy peel & stick for automatic assembly lines.
Custom Irregular Shapes
Rectangular, trapezoidal & cavity-shaped die-cut pieces are acceptable. Free design drawings for non-standard dimensions.
