Adhesion Performance
It features extremely high initial tack and excellent bonding strength on low-surface-energy polyolefin materials such as PE and PP, and is specially matched with PE release liners. Adhesion will slightly decrease at temperatures below 10°C, and optimal performance is achieved at 23°C room temperature.
Temperature Resistance
Short-term heat resistance: 120°C;Long-term operating temperature: -20℃ ~ 80℃, which meets the high-temperature masking requirements for automotive painting processes.
Mechanical Properties
The PET backing is tear-resistant, wear-resistant and anti-aging with high tensile strength, and will not break when pulled. No adhesive residue remains after peeling off.
Storage Conditions
Store in sealed original packaging at 20℃ and 50% RH. The shelf life is 12 months.
