Our boiler tube is a seamless steel tube specifically manufactured for steam generation and heat transfer applications in boilers. These tubes operate under demanding conditions involving high temperatures, high pressures, and cyclic stress, requiring excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and microstructural stability .
Manufactured by the cold drawing process at our Wuxi facility, our boiler tubes are produced from rigorously selected carbon steel or alloy steel with strict chemical composition control. The seamless construction ensures no weld seam, providing superior reliability for harsh boiler operating conditions .
