Before renovation, the ash hopper unloading devices of the dust collector systems at the kiln head and kiln tail suffered persistent problems including ash leakage, oil leakage and air infiltration. They brought heavy daily maintenance workloads, difficult upkeep, high maintenance costs and frequent equipment failures. Meanwhile, the workload of staff was intense, on-site sanitation management was tough, and certain environmental risks existed. In addition, the rotary unloaders had poor air sealing performance, leading to internal air leakage inside the dust collectors and increasing their operating load.
Our company has developed curtain-type air-locking valves for ash unloading of dust collectors at kiln heads, kiln tails and other positions to replace the original rotary unloaders.
These valves realize power-free air sealing and ash discharge, featuring maintenance-free operation, long service life, energy conservation and environmental protection. They completely eliminate the leakage of ash, oil and air at the ash hoppers of dust collectors.
