The toilet paper production line is a set of processing equipment for processing jumbo tissue rolls into finished toilet tissue rolls (1/2/3/4 ply), which includes three main parts: rewinding, cutting and packing. The semi automatic toilet tissue production line includes: automatic toilet tissue rewinding machine, manual band saw cutting machine, and plastic bag sealing machine. The entire toilet tissue production line requires one worker to operate, with a total power of 8.6 kw, which is very easy to operate and well received by our customers.

Production Line
1: Toilet tissue rewinding machine
This machine is used to rewind jumbo tissue roll rolls into long log rolls with small diameter. The processing process is: jumbo tissue rolls - embossing - perforating - rewinding - trimming - glue sealing - compression - long log rolls. The main parts include the jumbo roll stands, embossing roller, perforation knife, rewinding machine head, and PLC control cabinet.
Features:
1.Man-machine interface operation, the operation is more simple and convenient. 2.The automatic trimming, glue spraying and sealing are completed simultaneously at one time. The device replaces the traditional water line trimming and realizes the foreign popular trimming and tail sticking technology. The finished product has a paper tail of 10-18mm, which is convenient to use, and reduces the loss of paper tail during the production of ordinary rewinder, so as to reduce the cost of finished products. 3.The whole machine adopts all steel plate structure to ensure the stability of the equipment during high-speed operation, so as to achieve the highest speed and production capacity in the current market. 4.It adopts independent frequency conversion return for each layer, and the layer number control can be changed at any time. It can be changed by using the program without disassembly and assembly. 5.The punching knife is controlled by separate frequency conversion, and the punching spacing and clarity can be controlled at any time. The host adopts full frequency conversion control, which makes the speed higher and more stable. 6.High precision spiral soft knife, 4-knife drilling noise is lower, the drilling is clearer, and the independent frequency conversion adjustment range is larger. 7.Using the front and rear inching switch to pull the base paper, the operation is simpler and safer.
2:Manual band saw cutting machine
manual band sawing paper cutting machine is used in conjunction with embossing rewinding machine and facial tissue machine to cut
into the required rolls of paper and finished facial tissue according to the required length and width. The machine is equipped
with automatic sharpening, automatic rolling, and movable platen devices, with stable operating performance and high production
efficiency.This machine adopts linear bearings for track sliding technology, which makes the product incision smoother and more
labor-saving, while the new device that adds protection is safer to operate.
3:Plastic bag sealing machine
The pneumatic water-cooled sealing machine is used in conjunction with the toilet paper rewinding machine and the facial tissue
machine. The machine adopts double heating wire (separate temperature control).The sealing and cutting are completed at once.
After the sealing is completed, the heating wire is quickly cooled by water circulation to achieve a smoother, tighter and more
beautiful sealing effect.Pneumatic control of the pressure at both ends is used to make the force at both ends more uniform and
save time and effort.It is the preferred packaging machinery for toilet paper and facial tissue prosess.
