Q: What sealing materials are available for the seat?
A: The standard is cast iron integral seat. Optional bronze (B62) or stainless steel (304/316) seat rings are available for better corrosion and wear resistance. -
Q: Is the handwheel included?
A: Yes, a malleable iron handwheel is included as standard. A stainless steel handwheel or chainwheel can be offered as options. -
Q: What is the lead time for a typical order?
A: For standard sizes (DN50-DN200), lead time is 15-30 working days after order confirmation, depending on quantity. Urgent orders can be expedited by arrangement. -
Q: Do you offer other pressure ratings like 10K or 16K?
A: Yes, we also produce JIS F7305 10K and 16K globe valves in cast iron and ductile iron. Please contact us for details. -
Q: How are the valves packed to prevent damage during shipping?
A: Each valve is individually wrapped in plastic, with flanges protected by caps, and then packed in strong plywood crates. For large orders, palletization is available. -
Q: Can you provide a material certificate for the casting?
A: Yes, a mill test certificate for cast iron body and a certificate of conformance can be provided. Third-party inspection (like Lloyd's or ABS) is also possible at extra cost.
