A: It is designed for hygroscopic engineering plastics such as Nylon (PA6, PA66), PC, ABS, PET, POM, PMMA, and also works for other thermoplastics. Please consult us for materials with very high drying temperatures. -
Q: How long does the drying cycle typically take?
A: Drying time depends on material, initial moisture content, and temperature. Typically, for Nylon at 80°C, 2–4 hours is sufficient. For PET at 160°C, 4–6 hours may be needed. Our PLC can preset time profiles. -
Q: Can the drying temperature be precisely controlled?
A: Yes, the PID controller maintains temperature within ±1°C of the set point. The system also monitors humidity level to ensure optimal drying. -
Q: Is the equipment easy to clean when switching between different materials?
