PD-4000 crawler type hydraulic PV pile driver is a high-performance piling rig independently developed for solar farm construction and ground foundation engineering. Integrating advanced loading, piling, and drilling technologies, this model adopts innovative design concepts to optimize overall efficiency, positioning accuracy, and energy saving.
With its heavy-duty crawler chassis and 92kW 6-cylinder diesel engine, it delivers exceptional stability and high efficiency in rugged terrain, making it widely applied in solar PV projects, highway guardrail installation, and foundation construction.
Hydraulic system: advanced hydraulic system, high-quality hydraulic components and strict assembly process to ensure the efficiency and durability of the hydraulic system, the power head of the oil pump is 2000nm, which can ensure the working stability and mechanical durability of the pile driver to the maximum extent.
Shape design: adopt wheeled or domestic high-quality crawler chassis. High strength, good stability, in line with the design idea of industrial aesthetics, the operator's working space is more spacious
Production process: The production process tends to be more reasonable, the wear-resistant parts are all heat-treated, the welding process is rigorous, the deformation is reduced, and the testing equipment is perfect.
