Application
This equipment is used for low-temperature preheating and startup of engines on fuel buses, trucks, construction machinery, special vehicles, special equipment units, generator sets and air compressors. Meanwhile, it can supply heat for the vehicle water heating system.
Product Features & Advantages
1：Compact structure, easy to disassembly and assembly, easy to maintain;
2：Single chip microcomputer is adopted to realize automatic program control, simple operation and with constant temperature controlfiunction. Heater's inlet temperature can be controlled according to the requirements to achieve dual temperature range 60C to 70C. 65Cto 78°C;
3：Imported theristors as water temperature sensor and overheat sensor, stable and reliable, sensitive control and the accuracy as ±0.5°C;
4:Whole process detection after star-up. with humanization design and indicator light flashing indicator will indicate the working condition of the heater;
5: Thermocouple is used to judge the ignition of heater, with high sensitivity;
6: The heater has overvoltage and undervoltage protection: short circuit and circuit break protection for the motor, solenoid valve andglow plug; ignition sensor circuit break protection fimction; to ensure the heater's work safety and reliability;
7:Main motor of the heater is automatically reduction voltage starting, with shorter ignifion time and lower power consumption;
8: The efficient combustor and heat exchanger structure ensures that the heat exchange efficiency of the heater is above 80% and theexhaust gas emission of the heater meets the national VI emission standard.
