1. Product Overview
Transformer DC resistance test is a mandatory item for semi-finished/finished factory inspection, installation handover test and preventive test of power transformers. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as coil material faults, loose welding joints, broken strands and hidden operational hazards.
This tester integrates three-phase synchronous measurement (Yn/Y/Δ winding) and built-in automatic degaussing function. Equipped with a high-resolution industrial color touch screen, it features intuitive operation, fast testing speed, high accuracy and wide measuring range, ideal for DC resistance measurement of large power transformers.
2. Core Features & Functions
Supports three-phase synchronous testing for Yn, Y and Δ type windings, automatically calculates three-phase unbalance rate.
Max output test current up to 20A, measuring range 0~200Ω; built-in degaussing function eliminates residual magnetism hazards caused by high-current testing.
Automatically calculates resistance change rate within 5s/15s/30s to judge data stability and avoid misreading.
Multi-protection design: back EMF protection, wire break protection and power-off protection.
Built-in thermal printer, local storage for 200 groups of test data, supports U-disk mass data storage.
7-inch industrial color touch screen with simple human-machine interface for easy operation.
