1.Product Application

This product is widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, sewage treatment, constant pressure water supply, environmental protection, machinery, metallurgy, power industry for measuring gauge pressure and absolute pressure. It can also measure negative pressure and is suitable for measuring and controlling the pressure of various liquids, gases, and steam in all-weather environments in various occasions.

2.Product Features

(1) It has good stability, with long-term stability at zero and full scale reaching 0.2%F.S/ year. Within the compensation temperature range of -30 to 70ºC, the temperature drift is less than 0.2%F.S, and throughout the entire allowable operating temperature range, it is less than 0.5%F.S.
(2) It can be used to measure liquids, gases and vapors that do not react with stainless steel. For highly corrosive media, a flange diaphragm structure can be selected.
(3) Solid-state structure, no moving parts, high reliability and long service life.
(4) It can accurately measure from wind pressure to water and oil, and is not affected by the mass of the medium being measured.
(5) Easy to install, simple in structure, economical and durable.


3.Working Principle
The pressure sensor adopts the piezoresistive principle and is manufactured through silicon micro-mechanical processing technology. The pressure-sensitive chip uses the original inlet and is encapsulated in a 316L stainless steel housing, filled with silicone oil. The medium pressure is applied to the stainless steel isolation diaphragm and transmitted to the sensitive chip through the silicone oil, thereby output a voltage signal that varies linearly proportional to the pressure. After conversion by the amplification circuit, current and voltage output are realized.
