The closed-type floor decking is a new high-tech product newly introduced by Hubei Bilantian Bolai Construction Co., Ltd. It is a more advanced composite floor decking system. Experiments have confirmed that it has a stronger bearing capacity and shear resistance than other open-type floor decking systems. The special design of the closed ribs allows the ribs of the steel decking to be completely wrapped by the concrete, just like the steel bars in the cast-in-place slab. Thus, it can maximize the respective characteristics of steel and concrete and is successfully applied in the floor decking system with stress reinforcement. It also has excellent fire resistance.
1、This type of panel has a flat bottom and well - fitted webs. It can provide a variety of ceiling treatment methods according to the different functions and needs of various rooms. For example, it can be directly painted to make a tongue - and - groove ceiling (resembling an aluminum gusset plate), or it can be plastered with putty and then painted with water - based paint to make a flat ceiling. This system does not require drilling holes or embedding iron parts at the slab bottom. Just easily insert two cards into the grooves at the slab bottom, and it can provide200kg lifting points for hanging loads, and disassembly is also very convenient.
