Closed-type floor deckMaincharacteristics:
The closed-type floor deck is a new high-tech product newly introduced by Hubei Bilantian Bolai Construction Co., Ltd. It is a more advanced composite floor deck system. Experiments have confirmed that it has stronger bearing capacity and shear resistance than other open-type floor deck systems. The special design of the closed ribs allows the ribs of the steel deck to be completely wrapped by the concrete, just like the steel bars in a cast-in-place slab. Thus, it can maximize the respective characteristics of steel and concrete and is successfully applied in the floor deck system with stress reinforcement, and it also has excellent fire resistance.
1、This type of panel has a flat bottom and the web fits well. It can provide various ceiling treatment methods according to the different functions and needs of various rooms. For example, it can be directly painted to make a tongue-and-groove ceiling (similar to aluminum gusset plates), or after scraping putty and then applying water-based paint to make a flat ceiling. It can also be directly pasted with wall cloth or wallpaper to decorate a colored ceiling, or use the unique slot suspension system of the closed-type composite floor deck to install a ceiling. It can more economically meet the aesthetic needs of the owners.
2、The distance from the center of gravity of the cross-section of the closed-type composite floor deck to the bottom of the panel is about15mm, which is smaller than the cross-section parameters of the open-type or reduced-opening type. When analyzing the structural bearing capacity of the composite floor slab according to the plastic theory, the internal force arm between the center of the resultant force of the concrete pressure and the center of the resultant force of the steel plate tension is larger. This means that the material strength is more fully utilized. Therefore, the closed-type composite floor slab has a greater structural bearing capacity or a higher safety factor.
3、The closed-type composite floor deck can completely replace the tensile reinforcement in the positive moment of the floor slab, and it can reach a fire resistance rating of1.5 hours without spraying fireproof paint.
4、The special closed rib shape of the closed-type composite floor deck and the punching and riveting connection on the web make the concrete have a stronger grip on the floor deck, and the composite floor slab achieves a real composite effect.
5、The closed-type composite floor slab can reduce the thickness of the floor slab, reduce the self-weight, and increase the clear height. When using an open-type composite floor deck and spraying fireproof paint, the minimum slab thickness required is126mm, and when using this panel type, without fireproof coatings, the minimum thickness only needs to be100mm.
6. The unique card slot suspension system of the closed-type composite floor deck can provide convenience for the installation of mechanical and electrical pipelines at the bottom of the building slab. This system does not require drilling holes or embedding iron parts at the slab bottom. Just easily insert two cards into the grooves at the slab bottom, and it can provide200kg lifting points for hanging loads, and the disassembly is also very convenient.
