This single-component moisture-curing polyurethane (PU) sealant is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly sealing material tailored for indoor and outdoor structural gap treatment. Unlike silicone sealants with weak paint compatibility, this PU sealant supports overcoating with all types of water-based and oil-based paints after full curing, solving the common repainting dilemma for construction gaps. It achieves initial curing within 2 hours at 23℃ and 50% relative humidity, and complete deep curing within 72 hours, with stable performance across -40℃ to 90℃ extreme temperature fluctuations. It delivers robust bonding performance on diversified substrates including concrete, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, PVC, wood and stone, with no primer needed for over 90% of conventional building materials, cutting on-site construction time and auxiliary material costs. With excellent weathering and anti-aging properties, it resists long-term UV radiation, acid rain corrosion and seawater splash, avoiding cracking, yellowing or peeling within 15 years of outdoor service. Its high elongation rate of 350% enables it to absorb structural expansion, shrinkage and slight seismic displacement of buildings, effectively blocking water penetration, wind ingress and dust infiltration. It is widely used in expansion joints of concrete roads, curtain wall side gaps, automotive body welding seams, container edge sealing and prefabricated building assembly gaps. For construction precautions, users must clean substrate surfaces of dust, oil and loose residues before application; low humidity below 30% will slow curing speed, so humidifying the construction surface is recommended in dry seasons. Free of formaldehyde and toxic volatile organic compounds, it complies with EU REACH environmental standards, suitable for residential, commercial and marine engineering scenarios
