Detailed Specification of Cold Rolled Coil
1. Product Introduction
Cold Rolled Coil (CRC) is produced by taking hot rolled coil as raw material. After pickling to remove scale, the material is cold rolled at room temperature (below recrystallization temperature), followed by annealing, temper rolling and other processes to form high-precision thin steel coil. Products delivered in sheet form are called cold rolled steel sheets, while coiled products are named cold rolled steel strips.
2. Production Process
Hot Rolled Coil → Pickling (Descaling) → Cold Continuous Rolling → Annealing (Stress Relief) → Temper Rolling → Finishing → Packaging & Warehousing
Cold Continuous Rolling: Rolling at room temperature, free of oxide scale, with smooth surface and precise dimensions.
Annealing: Restore plasticity and toughness, and improve stamping performance.
Temper Rolling: Enhance flatness and uniform surface roughness of the steel sheet.

6. Surface Quality Grade

Grade Ⅲ (Industrial Grade): Minor tiny defects permitted, for general stamping and welding components.

8.1 Packaging
Adopt horizontal packaging with moisture-proof and rust-proof treatment, wrapped with plastic film and fixed with steel bands. Ordinary, fine and customized packaging are available.
8.2 Marking
Inner labels (on coil inner side) and outer labels (on packaging) are attached. Marked contents include steel grade, dimension, batch number, weight, production date, executive standard and manufacturer information.
9. Delivery Terms
Delivery Lead Time: 5–7 days. Regular specifications are in stock; special specifications can be customized.
Shipping: Moisture-proof and anti-collision measures are taken during transportation.
Quality Assurance: Products comply with national and international standards. Mill test certificates are provided, and third-party inspection is acceptable.
