Our non woven geotextile is manufactured from virgin polyester and polypropylene staple fibers through needle-punching technology, with no chemical recycled fillers added. Unlike woven alternatives, this fabric features random fiber interweaving, delivering balanced bidirectional tensile strength and excellent puncture resistance to withstand sharp gravel, rock edges and heavy vehicle pressure in outdoor construction. It is the most widely used soil stabilization geotextile for civil and hydraulic engineering worldwide.
The product integrates four core engineering functions: separation, filtration, drainage and protection. For separation, it isolates different soil layers such as sand and clay to avoid layer mixing caused by rainwater infiltration, which prevents road base settlement. For filtration, its uniform micropore structure allows water to pass through freely while intercepting fine soil sediments, stopping soil piping and embankment collapse. As a professional drainage separation geotextile, it replaces bulky gravel drainage layers to accelerate groundwater discharge and reduce water pressure on retaining walls. Besides, it protects waterproof membranes and geomembranes from mechanical abrasion during backfilling.
Engineered for extreme outdoor environments, the geotextile passes strict acid and alkali resistance tests, adapting to saline-alkali land, sewage landfill and coastal hydraulic projects. Special anti-UV additives are blended into fibers to slow aging under long-term sunlight exposure, extending underground service life to 25 years and exposed service life to 8 years. It also resists mildew, insect erosion and microbial decomposition without secondary pollution to soil and water, meeting international environmental protection standards.
Lightweight and foldable, the fabric requires no professional tools for laying. Workers can cut it to custom sizes on-site, greatly shortening construction cycles and lowering labor and material costs. Common application scenarios include highway roadbed reinforcement, river slope protection, landfill liner protection, garden drainage and railway foundation treatment. All batches undergo tensile, permeability and tearing tests before delivery to ensure consistent product quality.
