Scope of use
It is suitable for high-pressure pressure test and inspection of pressure equipment such as blowout preventers, valves, pipelines, connectors, and pressure vessels in oilfield drilling and production engineering by test pump manufacturers. It is also suitable as a testing tool for scientific research and inspection departments.
It realizes full electromechanical automation and intelligence, and can complete the work processes such as setting the pressure value for high-pressure and pressure increase, and controlling the pressure accuracy. It can monitor the pressure increase value and the change of the pressure increase curve in real-time on the computer, and has the functions of recording and storage.
According to the different requirements of different pressure vessel pressure test processes, freely set the configuration, exhaust time, and pressure increase value.
It ensures that the digital value of pressure increase does not drift, the pressure increase curve does not overshoot, and the pressure is maintained stably.
It can automatically record the pressure increase value and the pressure increase curve, and store and print historical reports.
It realizes that the full-scale control accuracy is within five thousandths (0.5%FS).
