Product Introduction:
The test platform is suitable for the sealing and body strength performance tests of straight-through flange-connected valves such as gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, control valves, and check valves. By selecting a special sealing disc, it can be used for the performance tests of welded valves and threaded-connected valves.
The valve clamping type is top pressure, and the valve is clamped by applying pressure to both end faces of the straight-through valve.
The test medium is water, gas, or oil, which can be selected by the customer.
Ultra-high pressure test benches can be customized. It is equipped with imported ultra-high pressure pipe fittings to test 150MPa Christmas tree valves.

Rated voltage: AC 380V. Rated power: 8.5KW. Control circuit voltage: AC 220V/24V. Hydraulic oil: N46 hydraulic oil (hydraulic oil to be provided by the customer)
Oil circuit system pressure: Not more than 28MPa. Test medium: Water (rust inhibitor is allowed) and gas. (A booster device needs to be externally connected for testing air pressure). Test temperature (ambient temperature): 5℃～40℃
Horizontal clearance: 1150mm Minimum vertical clearance: 100mm Vertical clearance: 1400mm
