Product Description

Wuxi Hengzhihui Metal Materials Co., Ltd. manufactures precision aluminum die casting components for hydraulic cylinders, including end caps (cylinder heads), pistons (low‑pressure applications), guide rings, mounting brackets, valve blocks, and rod clevises. These components are produced using high pressure die casting on machines from 80 to 800 tons clamping force, with individual part weights below 10 kg.

While hydraulic cylinder barrels and high‑pressure internal components are typically made of steel or iron, many ancillary and non‑pressure‑bearing parts can be successfully converted to aluminum die casting to achieve weight reduction, lower cost, and faster production. Our components are widely used in agricultural machinery, construction equipment, material handling, industrial hydraulics, and mobile hydraulic systems where the operating pressure is moderate (≤160 bar) or where the component does not directly contain the pressurized fluid.
