Silage Bagging Baler Machine

🛠️ Complete Production Process Summary
1. Design & Drafting: Engineers use CAD to create equipment drawings, determining the size, pressure, and structural parameters of the baler based on customer requirements, providing a standard basis for subsequent production.
2. Gas Cutting: Steel plates and profiles are cut and processed according to the drawings to create the basic outlines of components such as the base, material box, and pressure plate.
3. Manufacturing: The cut parts are ground and machined, completing the precision machining of key components (such as cylinder flanges and guide sleeves) to ensure equipment accuracy.
4. Welding: The machined components are welded together, with a focus on fully welding and reinforcing load-bearing parts such as the base, columns, and cylinder seats to ensure the structural strength of the equipment.
5. Factory Testing: After the entire machine is assembled, no-load and load pressure tests are conducted to check the equipment's operational stability, cylinder pressure, and sealing performance, ensuring the baler meets its rated operating standards.
6. Logistics & Delivery: After the equipment passes inspection, it undergoes rust prevention treatment and packaging, is loaded onto a truck, and shipped to the customer, thus completing the delivery process.
