Cold Rolled Steel Coil Detailed Product Specification
1. Product Overview
Cold Rolled Steel Coil (CRC) is manufactured using hot rolled pickled coil as raw material through continuous cold rolling below recrystallization temperature, annealing and temper leveling. Different from hot rolled products, it features oxide-free surface, high dimensional accuracy and smooth finish with excellent stamping performance, widely applied as core raw material for home appliances, automobile parts, hardware and coating substrates.
2. Production Process Flow
Hot Rolled Coil → Pickling for Descaling → Multi-pass Cold Rolling (40%~80% reduction rate) → Batch/Continuous Annealing → Temper Straightening → Slitting/Rewinding → Finished Product Warehousing
Two Main Product Types
Annealed Cold Rolled Coil (Main Delivery Grade: DC/SPCC Series): Free from work hardening with fine ductility, available for bending and deep drawing forming.
Hard Cold Rolled Coil: Non-annealed with high hardness (HRB＞90), only for simple bending and commonly used as galvanizing substrate.

Single Coil Weight: 3~13.5MT, regular 5~10MT per coil, small coil splitting acceptable

FB(O3) Ordinary Finish: Tiny slight scratches, for general painting & hardware processing
FC(O4) High-grade Finish: Minimal surface defects, for painted home appliance outer casing
FD(O5) Superfine Finish: Defect-free surface, for high-end electroplating & automotive outer sheets
Surface Treatment
Oil-coated for rust prevention or non-oiled bare finish; matte & bright mirror two surface options available.
