Description
Phenolic Cloth Rod is made of cotton fabric (or linen, canvas) impregnated with phenolic resin, then heated intoprepreg and rolling into the rod shape, finally put into the different diameters molds, under hightemperature and pressure to cure into the rigid laminated rods. Usually for mechanical and electrical applications.
NEMA C Phenolic Rods are made from coarse fabric reinforced with phenolic resin, offering an excellent balance of mechanical strength. They perform reliably in temperatures from -40°C to 120°C, with low moisture absorption and high dimensional stability. These rods are durable, wear-resistant, and ideal for applications requiring structural strength.

IEC Standard: PFCC41, PFCC42, PFCC43
NEMA Standard: C, CE, L, LE
3722, 3723, 3724, 3725: Similar to NEMA Grade C, CE, L and LE Respectively. 3725 allows fine processing
PFCC41, PFCC42 and PFCC43: PFCC41(fine cloth), PFCC42 (Coarse cloth) and PFCC43 (Extra coarse cloth)
