Description
Phenolic Cotton Rod is made of cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin, then heated intoprepreg and rolling into the rod shape, finally put into the different diameters molds, under hightemperature and pressure to cure into the rigid laminated rods. Usually for mechanical andelectrical applications.
PFCC43 Laminated Rods (NEMA CE) are high-performance insulation components designed for use in power transformers. Constructed from CE laminated materials, these rods provide reliable electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and structural support. They effectively isolate conductors at different potentials, ensuring the transformer's insulation performance and overall electrical safety. Additionally, PFCC43 rods can withstand mechanical pressures from windings and cores, maintaining the stability and integrity of the transformer's internal structure.
