Three-channel LED constant current drive TM1903
1. Feature description
TM1903 is a dedicated circuit for three-channel LED (light-emitting diode display) constant current drive control. It is internally integrated with circuits such as MCU digital interface, data latch, and LED high-voltage constant current drive. The individual brightness of the chip can be controlled through the single-line serial control of the peripheral MCU, and the cascade control can realize the color dot matrix light-emitting control of outdoor large screens. This product has excellent performance and reliable quality.
2. Functional features
Ø Adopt high-voltage power CMOS process
Ø The output port can withstand 24V
Ø The chip operating voltage supports 7 - 24V
Ø Brightness adjustment circuit, 256 levels of brightness are adjustable, equivalent to 1024 levels at low brightness
Ø Single-line serial cascade interface
Ø Oscillation mode: Built-in RC oscillation and clock synchronization according to the signal on the data line. After receiving the data of this unit it can automatically shape the subsequent data and send it to the next level through the data output terminal, and the signal will not be distorted as the cascade gets farther.Or attenuation
Ø Built-in power-on reset circuit
Ø The PWM control terminal can achieve 256-level adjustment, and the scanning frequency is not less than 2Khz/s
Ø The constant current control terminal can achieve 32-level adjustment
Ø It can complete data reception and decoding through a single signal line
Ø When the refresh rate is 30 frames/s, the number of cascades is not less than 512 points in the low-speed mode and not less than 1024 points in the high-speed mode
Ø The data transmission speed can reach two modes of 400Kbps and 800Kbps
Ø Packaging forms: SOP8, DIP8
