Why Thermal Fatigue Resistance Matters in Nickel Superalloys for Exhaust Systems
Product Spotlights
Hastelloy Nickel Alloy – Superior Corrosion Resistance for Extreme Environments
Nickel-based alloy exhaust pipes are widely used in automotive, aerospace, and industrial exhaust systems exposed to extreme temperatures and cyclic stress. Their superior thermal fatigue resistance minimizes deformation and cracking, improving system reliability and reducing maintenance costs in demanding environments.
