Detailed Description of Hot Rolled Steel Coil
1. Product Overview
Hot rolled steel coil is produced from continuous casting slab. It is rolled through roughing and finishing mills above recrystallization temperature of 900℃-1250℃, then cooled and coiled into strip steel. It serves as a fundamental semi-finished steel material.
2. Production Process
Continuous casting slab → Walking beam heating furnace → High-pressure water descaling → Rough rolling → Finish rolling → Laminar cooling → Coiling → Inspection & Packaging

Regular thickness tolerance: ±0.1-0.3mm, width tolerance: ±5-10mm
Delivery time: 7-15 days for standard sizes, 15-30 days for special materials
