Detailed Specification of Cold Rolled Steel Coil
Cold Rolled Steel Coil (CRC) takes hot rolled steel coil as raw material. It is pickled to remove oxide scale, then continuously rolled at room temperature. Featuring smooth surface and precise dimension, it boasts excellent stamping performance, widely used in automobile, home appliances and high-end manufacturing industries.
1. Production Process
Hot rolled coil → Pickling → Cold rolling → Annealing → Temper rolling → Finishing → Finished coil
Cold rolling: Reduces thickness, improves strength and surface finish with work hardening effect
Annealing: Continuous annealing & batch annealing eliminate hardening and restore ductility
Hard rolled coil: Unannealed product with high hardness, mainly used as galvanizing substrate
