Electromagnetic Flow SensorIt is designed based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. A pair of detection electrodes are installed on the pipe wall where the axis of the measuring tube and the magnetic field lines are perpendicular to each other. When the conductive liquid moves along the measuring tube in the alternating magnetic field in a direction perpendicular to the magnetic field lines, the conductive liquid cuts the magnetic field lines to generate an induced electromotive force, which is detected by the two detection electrodes on the measuring tube.
2.Features
2.1 Electromagnetic FlowmeterAdopts an integral welded structure with good sealing performance.
2.2 Simple and reliable structure, no moving parts, almost no pressure loss, and long working life.
2.3 Electromagnetic Flowmeterhas no flow-blocking parts and no blockage phenomenon, so it is suitable for measuring two-phase flow with suspended solids, solid particles, and fibers. In addition, since it is convenient for cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection, it is especially suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
2.4 The measurement accuracy is not affected by the changes of physical parameters such as pressure, temperature, density (including solid-liquid ratio), and viscosity of the measured medium.
2.5 Electromagnetic Flow SensorAdopts low-frequency binary rectangular wave excitation and sampling amplification technology, with strong anti-interference ability, stable zero point, and reliable operation.
2.6 The instrument is sensitive, the output signal is proportional to the flow rate, and the range ratio is wide.
2.7 Low power consumption, and the power consumption of the complete electromagnetic flowmeter is less than30VA, It has nothing to do with the caliber of the sensor.
2.8 The electromagnetic flowmeter can provide an explosion-proof type (hybrid explosion-proof type) with an explosion-proof grade ofmdⅡBT4.
