We provide the entire charcoal briquettes production line according to your raw materials and production capacity.
If your raw materials are wood, timber, bamboo, Hazel Nut Shell, coconut shells, palm shells, rice husks, sawdust, etc., We can them into charcoal briquettes by our equipment. We have a professional technical team that will design solutions for you.
1.Biomass waste shredder: Crushing the waste into debris smaller than 20 mm; 2.Rotary dryer: Drying crushed material's to less than 12% moisture; 3.Continuous carbonization furnace: After the previous pretreatment, the carbonization rate can reach 95%. 4.Charcoal briquette machine: We have different machines of various shapes of charcoal briquettes to choose from.We can produce fast-burning charcoal, smokeless charcoal, hookah charcoal, barbecue charcoal, etc.
KUNTENG Continuous carbonization furnace inside temperature can reach to 800 degrees, the output charcoal with high quality, high calorific value and less impurities. It realize continuous production with high output and no smoking, no pollution to the environment.
