Charcoal Briquette Production Line Workflow: 1.Biomass waste shredder: Crushing the waste into debris smaller than 20 mm; 2.Rotary dryer: Drying crushed material's to less than 12% moisture; 3.Continuous carbonization furnace: After the previous pretreatment, the carbonization rate can reach 95%. 4.Charcoal briquette machine: We have different machines of various shapes of charcoal briquettes to choose from.We can produce fast-burning charcoal, barbecue charcoal, etc.
