Fully automated wire cutting and stripping, double-ended crimping of terminals, double-ended application of heat-shrink tubing, and double-ended positioning and baking for heat shrinkage.
The dual-station structure ensures higher efficiency and is suitable for wire harnesses over 300mm, achieving an efficiency of up to 2400+ pcs/h.
A laser marking machine can be installed at the position of the heat shrink tube to achieve clear and effective printing.
The heat-shrinkable tube can be positioned and baked at a specified location (accuracy ±0.5mm), resulting in a visually uniform and consistent finished wire harness.
The modules such as translation and stripping are all controlled by servo motors, ensuring high precision and stable equipment performance.
The standard 2.0T ultra-quiet terminal crimping machine has good stability and low failure rate.
It can be adapted to conventional OTP vertical/horizontal molds, and other molds can be customized as needed.
Equipped with air pressure detection, terminal material shortage detection, wire material shortage and knot detection, heat shrink tube material shortage detection, and temperature abnormality detection.
The Japanese SOL pressure management system can be optionally equipped to analyze the crimping effect of terminals through a curve and trigger an alarm for machine downtime in case of defects.
Equipped with a scrap collection device, it facilitates the collection of terminal scraps and wire stripping scraps
