This flat ribbon cable is assembled with the Hirose (HRS) FX2B-68SA-1.27R connector, featuring a 1.27mm pitch and 68 pins, designed for reliable multi-channel signal transmission in industrial control, embedded systems, and test equipment.
The IDC (Insulation Displacement Connector) design allows fast, reliable termination to the flat ribbon cable without soldering, ensuring consistent electrical contact for each pin. The ribbon cable features standard color-coded conductors (white with green/red traces) for easy pin identification, while the black locking housing ensures a secure, vibration-resistant connection to the mating connector.
