Flat Steel Detailed Product Description
1. Product Definition
Flat steel is a long strip steel with rectangular cross-section and blunt edges, with width ranging from 12mm to 300mm and thickness from 3mm to 60mm. It belongs to section steel, which can be directly used as finished products, as well as raw materials for welded pipes, thin plates and mechanical processing.

1. By Production Process
Hot-rolled Flat Steel: Formed by high-temperature rolling, with black oxide surface, medium dimensional accuracy, good strength and toughness, widely used.
Cold-drawn Flat Steel: Formed by normal temperature drawing, featured with bright surface, high dimensional accuracy and strict tolerance, suitable for precision processing.
Forged Flat Steel: Shaped by forging, with dense internal structure and high strength, applied in heavy-load working conditions.
