Alloy Steel Pipe Detailed Product Description

1. Product Introduction

Alloy steel pipe is made of carbon steel matrix added with chromium, molybdenum, nickel, manganese, vanadium and other alloy elements with total alloy content over 1%, manufactured by hot rolling, cold rolling and cold drawing processes into seamless or welded steel pipes. Compared with ordinary carbon steel pipes, it features high strength, high temperature resistance, creep resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent low-temperature toughness, capable of stable long-term operation under harsh working conditions.

2. Main Materials & Chemical Composition

  • 15CrMoG: Mainly used for high-pressure boilers and superheaters, maximum service temperature up to 550℃.

  • 12Cr1MoVG: Preferred material for high temperature and high pressure service, maximum service temperature up to 580℃, outstanding creep resistance.

  • P11/P22: Widely applied in power station and petrochemical high-temperature pipeline projects.

  • Cr5Mo/P5: Excellent sulfide corrosion resistance, ideal for heating furnace tubes in oil refineries.
