1. Product Definition
Alloy Steel Pipe is made of high-quality carbon steel as the base material, added with alloy elements such as Chromium (Cr), Molybdenum (Mo), Nickel (Ni), Vanadium (V) and Manganese (Mn). It is manufactured through hot rolling or cold drawing process. The total content of alloy elements is usually more than 5%. It is a core pipe suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosion.

4. Manufacturing Process
Hot Rolling (Extrusion): Pipe billet → Heating → Piercing → Rolling → Sizing → Cooling → Straightening. Suitable for medium and large diameter & heavy wall pipes with high production efficiency.
Cold Rolling (Cold Drawing): Pipe billet → Piercing → Annealing → Pickling → Multi-pass cold drawing → Heat treatment → Finishing. Features high dimensional accuracy and smooth surface, suitable for small diameter & thin wall pipes.
Heat Treatment: Adopt normalizing, tempering or quenching & tempering to stabilize microstructure and optimize mechanical properties.
5. Core Performance Characteristics
High Strength and Toughness: Tensile strength 620–980MPa, yield strength ≥205MPa, 30%–50% higher than ordinary carbon steel, with excellent impact resistance and fatigue resistance.
High Temperature Oxidation Resistance: Long-term service at 500℃–800℃, forming stable Cr₂O₃ oxide film above 600℃ to resist high temperature oxidation and peeling.
Corrosion and Wear Resistance: Resist corrosion of steam, oil, gas, acid and alkali medium, high hardness with better wear resistance than ordinary steel pipes.
Excellent Creep Resistance: Not easy to produce plastic deformation under high temperature, suitable for long-term high temperature and high pressure working conditions.
Eco-friendly and Recyclable: 100% recyclable, complying with energy saving and resource recycling requirements.
