The permissible deviation of the wall thickness for ductile iron pipes used in gravity pipelines and centrifugal ductile iron pipes used in pressure pipelines shall be -(1.3+0.001DN) mm, and the minimum wall thickness for centrifugal ductile iron pipes used in pressure pipelines shall be 3 mm; the permissible deviation of the wall thickness for non-centrifugal ductile iron pipes used in pressure pipelines shall be -(2.3+0.001DN) mm, and the minimum wall thickness shall be 4.7 mm.

When selecting the wall thickness, factors such as the pipe's pressure resistance and the degree of corrosion in the operating environment need to be considered.
III. Length. The standard length of ductile iron pipe is 6m, but custom lengths are also available. During use, the length must be selected and processed according to specific project requirements.
IV. Connection Method. Ductile iron pipes can be connected in various ways, commonly including flange connections, threaded connections, and plug connections. Different connection methods are suitable for different engineering needs, and the selection should be based on specific circumstances.
