Patterned Steel Plate Product Detailed Description
1. Product Overview
Patterned steel plate, also known as anti-slip patterned steel sheet, is a special steel plate with regular raised patterns on the surface. It is hot-rolled from high-quality carbon structural steel.It features anti-slip, pressure-resistant, wear-resistant, easy cutting & welding, good corrosion resistance and high bearing capacity. With neat appearance and stable mechanical performance, it is a widely used anti-slip load-bearing plate for industry, construction, transportation and mechanical equipment fields. Custom cutting, flattening, bending and processing are available.

3. Common Pattern Types
Lenticular Pattern: Most widely used in the market. With lenticular raised patterns, it has excellent anti-slip and water/oil drainage performance with high cost performance.
Diamond Pattern: Interlaced diamond protrusions with higher friction coefficient, superior anti-slip and load-bearing performance, suitable for heavy-duty industrial platforms and wharves.
Round Bean Pattern: Dot raised design with elegant appearance and comfortable foot feel, widely used in municipal projects and indoor decoration walkways.
Mixed Pattern: Combined pattern design balancing anti-slip performance and aesthetics, applied to high-end equipment pedals and decoration projects.

Q235B: Ordinary carbon steel, good toughness, easy welding, high cost performance, first choice for general industrial and civil use.
Q355B: Low-alloy high-strength steel plate, higher bearing capacity, suitable for heavy-duty platforms, equipment bases and vehicle chassis.
Custom available: Galvanized patterned plate, weather-resistant steel plate (excluding stainless steel).
