Product Overview
Bimetal composite pipe with Q355B base (structural steel, ≥355 MPa yield) and wear-resistant liner (65Mn, 65MnCr, or QSTE600TM). Mechanical or metallurgical bond.
Base: Q355B (S355JR/A572 Gr.50 equivalent)
Liners: 65Mn (350-450 HB), 65MnCr (400-500 HB), QSTE600TM (600+ MPa yield)
OD: 60.3mm – 610mm (custom up to 1016mm)
✅ Q355B base – weldable structural steel
✅ 65Mn liner – high hardness – excellent wear resistance
✅ 65MnCr – enhanced hardness + chromium – severe abrasion
✅ QSTE600TM – ultra-high strength – high pressure applications
✅ EN 10204 3.1 MTC for both layers
