Product Introduction：
Felix-613L is a water-based polyurethane adhesive with a wide range of applications, offering excellent bonding performance on various substrates such as artificial leather, non-woven fabric, PU foam, ABS, PVC, and metal sheets.
Product Features：
Low activation temperature, enabling manual heating for encapsulation.
Excellent resistance to aging and damp-heat alternating cycles.
Contains no organic solvents, featuring low VOC and low odor.

Note: The peel strength test in the table is based on substrates of artificial leather/ABS, with double-sided adhesive application, tested after 48 hours.
Packaging specifications：
18KG/barrel or 1000KG/barrel
Precautions：
① If machine pressing and bonding is used, glue can be applied on one side, but the effect is better on both sides, depending on the situation.
② When hot-activated pressing and bonding is performed, ensure that the temperature of the adhesive film is above 45°C.
③ If the curing agent Felix-910 needs to be added, the mixed adhesive should ideally be used within 6 hours.
④ Samples that are coated with adhesive and left to dry should be hot-pressed and bonded as soon as possible.
⑤ The addition ratio of Felix-613L to the curing agent Felix-910 is approximately 100:5.
Storage conditions：
Store at 5~35°C in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment. The shelf life is 6 months. During storage, frost and direct sunlight must be avoided. During use, if not used for a long time, the opened lid of the packaging bucket or container must be kept closed to prevent moisture from evaporating on the surface of the emulsion, forming a skin, or even changing the properties of the emulsion.
