1. Product Classification and Grades

Ordinary Strength Ship Plate (Yield Strength ≥ 235MPa)

  • CCSA (Grade A): Impact test at 20℃, suitable for inland vessels, general offshore structures and superstructures.

  • CCSB (Grade B): Impact test at 0℃, suitable for offshore vessels and ordinary hull structures.

  • CCSD (Grade D): Impact test at -20℃ (≥34J), applied to cold sea areas and main hull structures.

  • CCSE (Grade E): Impact test at -40℃ (≥34J), used for extremely cold regions and key parts of icebreakers.
