Working Process
Feeding
Load loose waste paper, cartons, or other recyclable materials into the large feeding hopper of the baler manually or via a conveyor belt.
2. Door Locking & Compression
The feeding door closes and locks automatically. The main hydraulic cylinder pushes the pressing head forward, applying high pressure to compress the materials into a dense block in the compression chamber.
3. Multiple Compression (Optional)
For higher density bales, the system can perform repeated compression cycles: the pressing head retracts, new materials are added, and compression is repeated until the set density is reached.
4. Bale Strapping
Once the bale reaches the required size and density, the operator manually or automatically threads steel wires/PP straps through the reserved strapping channels and tightens them to secure the bale.
5. Bale Ejection
The discharge door opens automatically. The ejector cylinder pushes the finished bale out of the compression chamber onto the discharge platform for easy collection and transportation.

The automatic horizontal hydraulic baler machine also can baling the waste paper, cardboard, carton, waste plastic, cans, aluminum, coconut, used clothes, cotton, straw, tire and other loose material compressed into a block, so that we can store, transport and utilize them easily expediently.
1.Baler for the paper: Corrugated cardboard, Sanitary paper, Tissue paper, Newspaper, Printing paper.
2. Baler for the plastics: PP/PE film, PET bottles, HDPE bottles, Stiff plastic.
3. Baler for the metals: Aluminum cans, Steel cans.
