The bridge-type filter pipe is a water filtering device with bridge-shaped perforations. It has been widely used in developed countries and was introduced and promoted by the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources in the 1980s, achieving good results. It is primarily used in hydrogeological exploration, drilling, well-digging construction, reservoir dewatering, deep foundation excavation dewatering, geothermal development and utilization, mineral water development and utilization, geothermal air conditioning, well repair, and groundwater extraction from sources [1]. Compared to other filter pipes, the bridge-type filter pipe has advantages such as bridge-shaped orifices that are less prone to clogging, high mechanical strength, and the ability to be coated with an anti-corrosion layer [2] [8]. Its production process mainly involves steel plate punching, rolling, and welding [6], and there are also spiral bridge-type filter pipes produced using the double-sided submerged arc welding process for spiral seam welds on strip steel coils [7]. During installation, the suspension and lowering of the pipe is required. Before lowering the pipe, it is necessary to inspect the filter pipe and dilute the mud. The operation should be smooth, and well flushing requires the use of compressors or submersible electric pumps. The external packaging material should be selected based on the formation [5] [8].
