1. Customization scope
Supports three-layer, five-layer, and seven-layer express boxes, moving boxes, special-shaped boxes, airplane boxes, and hand-held gift boxes; customizable in terms of size, paper weight, box type, printed LOGO, text, and patterns.
2. Information required for customization
Inner dimensions (length, width, and height) of the carton and the number of layers required (3/5/7 layers)
Paper requirements: ordinary hard boxes, extra-hard and thickened boxes, super-hard and load-bearing boxes
Whether printing is required: provide the original LOGO image, text content, and color matching requirements
Customization quantity, delivery address, and whether urgent delivery is needed.
3. Customization process
Inquiry for quotation → Provide size/pattern → Confirm the quotation and design draft → Pay the deposit → Typesetting and proofing → Confirm the sample → Mass production → Packing and shipping.
4. Design and proofing
Free simple typesetting design. Design fees for complex cartoons and detailed illustrations will be negotiated separately.
Electronic renderings can be provided for confirmation. If physical proofing is required, a small proofing fee will be charged, which can be deducted from the large order.
5. Size and production errors
Customized cartons are produced manually and by machine. A size error of plus or minus 0.5cm is within the normal industry error range and does not count as a quality issue.
6. After-sales rules
Production is based on the size and manuscript confirmed by the customer. After finalizing the design, random changes and returns without reason are not supported.
If the factory makes mistakes in size or printing, free re-production and re-delivery will be provided.
If the customer provides incorrect dimensions or manuscripts, Shenzhen Haobaihe Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for returns or exchanges.
7. Production Cycle
Simple non-printed customization: Delivery within 3 - 5 days.
Urgent orders can be prioritized for production. Please communicate with the customer service in advance before placing an order.
Purchase notice
1. Ordering Instructions
Before placing an order, please confirm the carton model, length, width, height, number of layers (three-layer / five-layer / seven-layer), hardness, printed words, and the quantity to be customized. Place the order after confirming that everything is correct. Once production starts, returns or exchanges without reason are not supported.
For customized printed models, special-shaped cartons, and urgent orders, it is not allowed to modify the specifications and quantity at will after placing the order. If changes are needed, the customer shall bear the costs of re-cutting materials and rework losses.
Regular No. 1 - 8 in-stock cartons support same-day delivery. The production cycle of customized models shall be subject to the time agreed with the customer service. Please communicate in advance for urgent orders to arrange production.
2. Dimensions and Error Explanation
The carton dimensions are the standard inner diameter dimensions. There are normal slight errors in manual cutting and assembly line production. An error range of ±0.5cm is a normal industry standard and cannot be used as a reason for after-sales returns or exchanges.
If you need outer diameter dimensions, butt-joint cartons, airplane boxes, or special customization of moving boxes, please make a clear note when placing the order. If no note is made, it is defaulted to be shipped according to the regular in-stock specifications.
3. Shipping Packaging and Transportation
Cartons are uniformly folded, packed, and bundled for shipping, which saves freight and is convenient for stacking and storage. They are not shipped in assembled form.
Large orders are shipped via logistics special line. Small orders are shipped by express with free shipping. For remote areas and rural areas, the customer needs to pick up the goods at the logistics point. You can consult the customer service to confirm the freight and delivery method before placing an order.
It is inevitable that there will be slight corner indentations and slight creases during transportation, which do not affect normal packaging and use. This belongs to normal logistics losses, and claims for returns or exchanges are not supported.
4. Damage and After-sales Claim
Please open the box and inspect the goods on the spot when signing for the delivery. If there is large-area damage, tearing, missing parts, or insufficient quantity, please take photos on the spot as evidence and contact the customer service for reissue or claim.
For cartons that have been signed for, unpacked, or used, returns are not supported if there are no quality issues. If the customer orders the wrong size or buys too many and leaves them idle, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.
If the goods cannot be used due to incorrect dimensions provided by the customer or non-compliance with the intended use, our factory shall not be responsible for returns or exchanges, but can assist in disposing of the inventory at a discounted price.
5. Suggestions for Receiving and Storage
After receiving the cartons, please store them in a dry, ventilated indoor area protected from rain and moisture. Do not expose them to the sun or rain outdoors, as moisture can make them soft and reduce their load-bearing capacity.
Do not stack the cartons too high to avoid deformation under heavy pressure. Three-layer cartons are suitable for light express delivery, while five-layer and seven-layer cartons are suitable for heavy items, moving, and wholesale packaging.
6. Other Instructions
All cartons in our store are directly sold from the source factory. They have sufficient paper weight, hardness, and strong load-bearing capacity, and are suitable for e-commerce express delivery, live-streaming shipments, moving and storage, factory packaging, and other purposes.
