I. Ordering Instructions
Before placing an order, please confirm the carton model, length, width, height, number of layers (three layers / five layers / seven layers), hardness, printed words, and custom quantity. Place the order after confirming that everything is correct. Once production starts, no return or exchange is supported without a valid reason.
For custom-printed models, special-shaped cartons, and rush orders, it is not allowed to modify the specifications and quantity at will after placing the order. If changes are needed, the customer shall bear the costs of re-cutting materials and rework losses.
Regular No. 1 - 8 in-stock cartons support same-day delivery. The production cycle of custom-made models shall be subject to the time agreed with the customer service. Please communicate in advance for rush orders to arrange the production schedule.
II. Size and Error Instructions
The carton size is the standard inner diameter size. There are normal slight errors in manual cutting and assembly line production. An error range of ±0.5cm is within the normal industry standard and shall not be used as a reason for after-sales return or exchange.
If you need outer diameter size, butt-jointed cartons, airplane boxes, or special custom-made moving boxes, please clearly note them when placing the order. If not noted, the order will be shipped according to the regular in-stock specifications by default.
III. Shipping Packaging and Transportation
Cartons are uniformly folded, packed, bundled and shipped, which saves shipping costs and is convenient for stacking and storage. They are not shipped in assembled form.
For large orders, we use dedicated logistics services. Small items are shipped by express with free shipping. For remote areas and rural areas, customers need to pick up the goods at the logistics point. You can consult the customer service to confirm the shipping cost and delivery method before placing an order.
During transportation, it is inevitable that there will be slight indentations and creases on the corners, which do not affect the normal use of packing. This belongs to normal logistics loss and does not support claims for replacement or refund.
4. Damage and After-sales Claims
Please open the box and inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. If there is large-area damage, tearing, missing parts or shortage of goods, please take photos on the spot as evidence and contact the customer service for reissue or claim.
For cartons that have been signed for, unpacked and used, returns are not supported if there is no quality problem. If the customer makes a mistake in choosing the size or buys too many and leaves them idle, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.
If the cartons cannot be used due to incorrect size provided by the customer or inconsistent use, our factory does not assume the responsibility for return and exchange, but can assist in handling the inventory at a discounted price.
5. Suggestions for Receiving and Storage
After receiving the cartons, please store them in a dry, ventilated and rainproof indoor place. Do not expose them to the sun or let them get wet. Moisture will make them soft and reduce their load-bearing hardness.
It is not advisable to stack the cartons too high to avoid deformation under heavy pressure. Three-layer cartons are suitable for light goods express delivery, while five-layer and seven-layer cartons are suitable for heavy goods, moving and wholesale packing.
6. Other Instructions
All cartons in our store are directly sold by the source factory. They have sufficient paper weight, hardness and strong load-bearing capacity, and are suitable for e-commerce express delivery, live-streaming shipping, moving storage, factory packaging and other uses.
