Operating principle
According to the material property, the raw material enters the comminution chamber from the upper inlet through the classification chamber or enters the comminution chamber from the lower inlet (suction port), which is strongly impacted by the impact hammer, and at the same time, it is impacted, rubbed and shearing at the gap between the impact hammer and the lining plate. The pulverized fine powder moves along with the airflow to the upper part of the room. Due to the high speed rotation of the classifier wheel, the coarse powder returns to the comminution chamber under the action of centrifugal force and continues to comminute, and the fine powder that meets the fineness requirement is discharged from the exhaust port.
