Steel Wire Rope - Product Description
1. Product Overview
Steel wire rope is made of high-quality carbon steel wire through drawing, stranding and closing processes. It is available in bright, electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized types. With Fiber Core (FC) and Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC) structures, it features stable structure, good flexibility, high tensile strength and long service life.
Widely used in lifting, hoisting, mining, port, marine, construction machinery and binding fields. Complete specifications and customized sizes are available. Fast delivery, lead time 5-7 days.
2. Material & Production Process
Made of high-purity high carbon steel wire with low impurity content. Excellent compression, tensile and fracture resistance.
- Bright Wire Rope: Smooth surface, suitable for indoor general lifting.
- Electro-galvanized Wire Rope: Uniform zinc coating, good anti-rust performance and cost-effective.
- Hot-dip Galvanized Wire Rope: Thick zinc layer, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant for coastal and harsh outdoor environments.
Adopts regular lay and lang lay twisting technology. Compact structure, not easy to loose or deform, with great wear resistance and fatigue resistance.

- FC (Fiber Core): Good flexibility and cushioning performance.
